A small family room with a kitchen and laundry facilities are on the first floor. The property has a private elevator. Second floor is the main living area with a full kitchen and the dining room, great space for everyone to gather. Adjacent to the living room is the first large balcony, which has beautiful views of the beach and you can’t miss the sunset views. Second bedroom with two twins and third bedroom with a full bed are also located on the second floor. Third floor has the master bedroom with its own private balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee and have a relaxed nap. Outside of the master bedroom is an additional office which serves great for those who need to work while on vacation. This property has a beautiful garden with great landscapin­g. A bbq or a small gathering area is in front of the house, great space for a family of 12. Your own private hammock is available for your use after a playful day at the beach. This property is truly a paradise home. Located only one house away from the beach, you can’t get any closer to the beach than this! Baby Equipment is provided, we have a high chair and a porta crib available at the property. The property is located within a walking distance to the most popular restaurant­s in Indian Rocks and the trolley stops close by.

Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks. Tampa Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and Mosi, all just 30 minutes. Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventure are a 90 minute drive.
