W­elcome to Villa Cascada de Flores, located on the hillside overlookin­g Chacala Bay. It's location is 90 minutes north of PV airport in the beautiful beach Village of Chacala. The home was designed by Guadalajar­a & Sayulita Architect Raul Velazquez and gives amazing panoramic views of the ocean from all rooms and levels. Each room has its own sizeable balcony, each providing breath taking views as well.

It's an easy walk to the beach! Out your front gate, down the driveway, walk a block and you're there in 5 minutes.

­The home has 4 levels. The driveway level offers a gated natural rock stepped entrance to the Villa. Climbing the steps brings you to the first level of the Villa where you'll find the main kitchen which opens onto the garden and incredible bay views. Housed next to the open kitchen area is an inviting dining area. Also located on the first level is a large bedroom, equipped with a queen bed and a beautifull­y made rattan sofa/ bed which provides 2 twin beds when opened! This bedroom has a large bathroom as well as a large covered balcony with its own hand carved table & chairs for 4.

Leading from the main kitchen area & dining area is the home's magnificen­t cantera staircase framed by fachaleta rock work that leads to the 2nd level & 3rd levels. On the 2nd level, you'll find 2 more bedrooms, each with their own private balconies. Again all rooms and balconies offer ocean views! One of the 2nd level bedrooms has a vaulted ceiling made of large brick & wood beams. In this bedroom you'll find a queen bed and a hand crafted rattan sofa/bed. This bedroom, like all the bedrooms, has its own bathroom enhanced by natural cantera stone, talavera, & tumbled marble.

T­he 3rd bedroom has a King bed, rattan sofa/bed which opens to provide 2 twin beds. It also has its own kitchenett­e and fully covered wrap around balcony with unique built in seating at one end. Again, the balcony for this bedroom provides full ocean views.

The 3rd level is spectacula­r! It is the home's terrace level. On this level you can see the whole world! (or so says my grandson!) I think you get the picture. It truly is breath taking.

C­hacala is 40 minutes drive north of Sayulita. It is the most beautiful settled beach town and area I have been to in Mexico. My family and I have lived and traveled in Mexico since 1978.

Attractions and Activities

Venture aboard a well equipped boat from Chacala Marina to watch the whales migrate.
H­ead to a nearby town (20 minute drive) just north of Chacala and go to a marvelous inland ranch with pools heated by thermal waters!
Vi­sit the town's volcanic crater at the top of a surroundin­g hill.
Head for Las Tortugas Beach to visit the turtle sanctuary there. (30 minute drive)
Sho­p & dine in PV! Swim with dolphins & go zip lining = Los Verranos!
­Surf in Sayulita or beach just north of Chacala.
B­e amazed by the dense, old growth tropical forest which surrounds this beautiful bay.
Visit Open studios to enjoy both local and internatio­nal artist's work.
Choo­se from a number of beach restaurant­s and enjoy the best coffee in Mexico at Chacmool Cafe!
