Additional rate information:

Refundable Damage Deposit of $500 for weekly rental, refunded at the end of your stay.
Electricity costs are covered for general use, but extra charge for excessive use of air conditioners and water heater - determined by outside meter (reading taken at beginning and end of stay).
Please note that extra charges have NEVER had to be charged. If you use the air conditioners when you sleep (and use the timer on the control), there will be no problem. And if you remember to turn off the water heater too after use. It takes 20 minutes for the water to heat up and then you will have enough hot water for 2 showers. If you need more water, just leave it on longer. There is a light that comes on when the heater is on, so even if you forget about it for awhile, you WILL see the red light on and it will remind you to turn it off.
