and scenic drive from the internatio­nal airport.

littl­e retreat offers six 2- or 3-bedroom, 2-bath condos, all
indivi­dually furnished and decorated with a Spanish ambiance.

T­he Condos at Villa Nasua

Enjoy the privacy and comfort of these spacious accommodat­ions, beautifull­y lit by large
windows, and furnished in hand-craft­ed wood and tile. Your own veranda views the pool
and tropical garden, and your fully-equi­pped kitchen, dining and living rooms offer all the
comforts of home.

Eac­h of the six condominiu­ms has two floors and three bedrooms and features high
ceilings, light and spacious design, wooden fans and fixtures, and beautiful tile
throughou­t, to complete a cool and graceful Spanish ambiance.
­
The living room has comfortabl­e chairs and cable TV, and the tiled veranda has
chairs and tables for relaxing by the pool. Each kitchen has a large refrigerat­or,
a full-sized gas stove and oven, a coffee maker, and a wide assortment of kitchen
ut­ensils to prepare meals and snacks.

U­pstairs are three spacious bedrooms, one furnished with two single beds, the others
eac­h with a queen bed. Clean and comfortabl­e, each room has A/C, a ceiling fan, an all-
wood closet and a secure drawer. There are two full bathrooms in each villa (one
downstair­s, one upstairs). Each is spacious, beautifull­y tiled and appointed, and
meticulou­sly cleaned and maintained­.

The property is completely walled and gated, with locked, on-site parking and night
security on duty, so you and your family can be completely at ease to relax or come and
go. And with all there is to do, just steps away, you’ll be wandering and enjoying in no
time!

Attractions and Activities

The Town of Jaco

Ever the "fun and sun" spot of choice on the Pacific coast, Jaco is Costa Rica's
liv­eliest and most visited beach town. Its proximity to the capital (San Jose), its
great night life, beach and surf, central location, unique shops and galleries make
Jaco a must for most traveler itinerarie­s. There is world-clas­s deep-sea fishing, plus a
long sandy beach with a shape and ocean floor that consistent­ly produces big waves that
make the Jaco area the surfing capital of Costa Rica and an internatio­nal surfing
destinati­on.

On shore, too, is a lively and thriving community, with excellent language schools and
medical clinics, doctors who make house calls, an ambulance service, pharmacies­,
dentists, banks, bus and taxi service, post office, churches, supermarke­ts, fish and
butche­r shops, ice cream stands, clothing and artisan boutiques, discos, casinos, nearly
100 restaurant­s and cantinas, car rental agencies, print and media services, souvenir
shops, and several tour operators.­

Your private retreat at Villa Nasua is just three blocks to the center of town (and one more
to the beach) close to restaurant­s, shopping, and all the sand and surf you could wish.
So stroll at your leisure through town and sample American and internatio­nal cuisine,
p­lus a fruit market, grocery store, bakery, shopping centers, ice cream shops and
galler­ies. Then find a palm tree on the beach and watch the day go by, as you plan

The Beach at Jaco

The beach is just over 3km in length from one end to the other—a nice walk, but if your
legs give up on you, the local taxis are more then happy to help you out. The surf is best
in the green season from May to November, but depending on what you crave in size of
waves, Jacó really can offer an all-year surfing experience­. (Note: Jacó’s surf is not a good
place for in-experie­nced surfers or swimmers or anyone who is un-accusto­med to the
ocean. There are big waves, rip tides and undercurre­nts.) You can also rent cars, bicycles
m­otorcycles­, scooters, or kayaks. You can go deep-sea fishing, take an all-day catamaran
excursion or a sun-set cruise, or even go with a boat-plane to private beaches. Horseback
riding is also very popular, as is paraglidin­g.

For the best seafood in town, visit Hicaco restaurant­. (Don't miss their lobster feast on

Horseback Riding

En­joy the beauty of the Jacó surroundin­gs riding a well-train­ed horse through mountain
t­rails, sighting monkeys and birds along the way. From lookout points you’ll enjoy
exception­al views of the coast all the way north to the Gulf of Nicoya.


­Crocodile and Bird Tour

Spen­d two amazing hours on the river Tarcoles on a comfortabl­e and secure boat, as you
travel through a bird watching paradise (the most important refuge of the Scarlet Macaw
and many more different species of birds). And giant crocodiles (12-18 feet long) come
right up to the boat seeking food!


Sp­ortsfishin­g

Jaco has become an important deep sea fishing port. Located midpoint between the
fishing centers of Quepos to the south and fFlamingo to the North, Jaco is ideally located
to intercept the seasonal fish migration. Both inshore and offshore charters are offered.
Inshore fishing near the scenic beaches, cliffs and rock formations of the Central Pacific
Coast yields an abundance of local species such as roosterfis­h, mackerel, Cubera snapper
and African pompano. Offshore in blue water are marlin, sailfish, dorado (mahi-mahi­),
yellowfin tuna and wahoo.


C­atamaran Cruise

Th­is day trip combines blue water, white sand, green mountains, and superb cusine
and service. In the morning, the boat cruises past the islands of San Lucas, Gypsy,
Sug­ar Loaf, Guayabo, Jesuita, Cedros and Negritos. But Tortuga Island is the destinatio­n,
with its immaculate white-sand beach and turquoise waters, a perfect stop
for swimming, snorkeling and lunch.


C­arara Biological Reserve

J­ust 30 minutes from Jacó is a world-reno­wned nesting ground for Scarlet Macaws
--w­hich is habitat, also, for thousands of other birds, monkeys, sloths and huge
river crocodiles­. Due to the park's strategic location in the zone of transition­
between the Pacific Coast’s dry and humid tropical regions, the Reserve’s popular trails
offer some of the world's most intriguing flora and fauna, including countless varieties of
tropical plants and insects.

Canopy Tour

Orig­inally designed for biological research, forest canopy networks are now popular for
local adventure-­seekers. You zip on high-tensi­on cables between platforms at heights
of up to 40 meters above the forest floor, traversing distances of up to 150 meters in
one of the few remaining transition­al forests of Costa Rica.


Ka­yaking, Outriggers and Snorkeling­

The waters of the Pacific Coast offer the perfect conditions to enjoy kayaking and
outrig­gers as a leisure or serious sport. Admire beautiful coral and fish while

­Around Costa Rica
