•Rates are $5000USD/m­o off season and $8000/mo in
season, 2300/wk during empty months, $4000 in season. Please inquire for holidays and Lobster season. $500 refundable security deposit, plus a $150 cleaning fee and utilities used over $100(Water­/Electric)­. The security deposit
will reserve your dates. Remainder required 4 weeks prior to rental.
All money goes nonrefunda­ble 4 weeks prior to rental.
