This is one of the most spectacular properties in Europe. This Ibiza Estate is a 5 ha. secluded estate situated on a wide bluff overlooking a wonderful bay in Ibiza. The tropical garden is landscaped with hundreds of palm trees, 1000 year old olive trees and three lakes. The garden was constructed over a 7 year period by the famous Spanish landscape architect Jaime Mitjans. The estate features a main house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with two separate guest houses (each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms), and two stunning pools. All homes offer a perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea which provides for spectacular sunrises and beautiful evenings spent under the moon. The complex includes one of the largest and most beautiful tropical gardens in the Mediterranean. The 40,000 square meter site (over 400,000 square feet) contains hundreds of palm trees and exotic plants, grouped around various lakes and waterfalls. The peaceful, shady garden is a perfect place to relax. Ibiza Estate also offers numerous sports facilities: the main house includes a large gym with the latest fitness equipment, a synthetic grass tennis court and two pools for swimming. The Olympic Pool, surrounded by palm trees, offers two 40 meter lanes and a nice poolside area. Nearby, aside of a lake, children find a huge trampoline.

Accommodation:
Accommodation for 13 guests (extra beds possible) The Main House: from each of the 10 rooms you have a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. The main house is located directly on the coastline and has an infinity pool on the edge of the bluff. From all rooms you have a wonderful view over the bay and the sea. The main house has two floors. On the lower floor you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom with bath, TV room and the library. The upper floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. A large gym with the latest fitness equipment is located in the basement, as is a separate bathroom. The master bedroom offers a breathtaking 270-degree panorama of the Mediterranean and the palm trees of the tropical garden. If needed, the library easily can be changed into a very spacious, comfortable bedroom.

The guest houses:
"La Buena Vista"; - like the main house - is on the bluff directly overlooking the sea and offers a superb view of the Mediterranean and the bay. To the rear the view goes into the tropical garden with a large waterfall. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room, connected with a nice kitchen.

About 300 meters (1000 feet) from the coast you find "La Casita" aside of a huge cactus garden. From here you can look across the entire estate. A few steps take you to the Olympic Pool and the tennis court. The guesthouse has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a little kitchen and living room.

Attractions and Activities

In the hot, dry Ibiza summer, you can enjoy a garden full of refreshing lakes, pools and waterfalls. The perfect place to read and enjoy the sun. The garden is especially enchanting at night when it is illuminated by hundreds of lights.

The "Olympic" pool in the garden offers two 40-meter lanes for real swimmers, while the infinity pool at the main house is perfect for relaxing in the morning and afternoon sun. And, if you prefer the warm and inviting Mediterranean there are private stairs to you own platform affording access to the sea.

Golfers may practice their short game on a magnificent pitch-and-putt golf hole with four buckets that even Jack Nicklaus would be envious of. The lighted tennis court allows for evening play or practice with a state of the art ball machine. There is also a private gym located in the main residence featuring the latest in fitness equipment.

And for those of you with an interest in art, Ibiza XX offers some of the finest life-size people sculptures by the renowned American artist Seward Johnson, who represented the United States at the World Expo in Seville.
