As you ascend up the spiral staircase past the dolphin sculpture you come to the main living area. Here another large living is dominated by the media center which includes surround sound and a whopping 60” plasma television. So large it is as if you can climb right into the picture.

The large dining area is perfect for entertaining friends and family; and the state of the art new kitchen with stainless steel appliances is right at hand. Gourmets will find nothing lacking and the house is, of course, stocked with all the plate ware, flatware and pots and pans needed to cook up a creation.

The master suite with perfectly appointed King Bed and an additional single sits on the top floor. There are three private bathrooms in the home and all beds have quality linens and spreads.
