Our newly built family home completed September 2001 lies overlookin­g a picturesqu­e lake. It is beautifull­y decorated and furnished. The South West facing screened heated pool for the sun worshipper with a Spa that has seating for 6 is ideal for early evening cocktails to watch the sunset. There is a shaded patio area outside the lounge doors that can be used for barbecues and alfresco dining. Our private gated community provides communal pool, clubhouse play area, lies 3 miles (10 miutes drive) from the Gulf beaches and elegant shops and restaurant­s of Ole Naples. I have an Airport pickup service available from all Airports on request. ­

Our Executive family home has a Fourposter Kingsize bed in the main suite and additional­ly 2 Queensize bed with twin beds in the fourth bedroom The villa is ideal for couples or a family. The living room (lounge with formal dining area) and family room (with seating for 6/8 The breakfast area in the kitchen is very convenient and both main double bedrooms have patio door to the enclosed, courtyard style pool area with spa. There are 2 tennis courts for the use of residents along with a large communal pool and clubhouse and a wealth of outdoor activitied to hand.
