The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, adjoing bath and is on the main floor (2nd floor) next to the expansive main living areas and kitchen. The bottom floor is the garage. The private elevator (lift) services all floors. The house is easy walking distance to all the best part of the Clearwater Beach area. Also, the beach trolley stops outside the property's front door. The trolley can take you all around Clearwater beach and Redington Shores for a small fee.
