Second floor has two living rooms, one and a half kitchen and dining room. Each floor has a big balcony which can serve as a gathering place for a small family. Third floor has the master bedroom with a walk in closet and its own private bathroom with an entrance to a smaller balcony. Master bedroom has an additional balcony. Second room can be connected to the master bedroom. Second room has a walk in closet and its own private bathroom. Third and fourth room will be accessed through the same door and share a bathroom. Each bedroom has privacy and will offer an ideal set up. High end decoration­s and furnishing throughout the home. The elegant property has a private pool and a private dock. The outside area is great for bbqs and gatherings­. Very private and intimate, great views from all balconies and pool area. This exquisite property is located only 5 minutes away from the sand.
