The Pink Palace features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and comfortably accomodates 12 guests. Extra air mattresses and baby equipment may be available for use. This unique beachfront home has an ideal set up; main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, butler pantry, spacious living room and contemporary decor. Experience the sweeping staircase in the entry way and marvel at the imported chandeliers throughout the home. The master suite provides magnifiicent water views and has private balcony, along with a large bathroom, completely upgraded and enhanced with glass block, along with a private vanity. In addition to the lavish set up in the main house, a private apartment in the back of the property, is included. The apartment is a secluded, private and separate part of the house, it features a bedroom with a Queen Sofa bed [or Sleeper coach], small kitchen, full bath, 60"TV, DVD player, stereo & complete entertainment center. The apartment can be rented separately or together with the main house. If rented separately, there may be occupants in the main house. The Pink Palace is a dreamy getaway where you can truly relax and soak up the scenery and pamper yourself. You will feel as though you are on your own private beach. Minutes from Clearwater, Treasure Island and Indian Rocks Beach. A true sun and sand experience with all the luxuries and necessities of home. Come find your bliss with both the ocean and private swimming pool, calm breezes and incredible sunsets right before you from the deck, living room, or mastersuite. Fall asleep to sounds of the waves at night as the master bedroom faces the beach and large glass French doors open to view the moonlight gulf. During the day, see the dolphins that frolic on this stretch of beach.

Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks. Tampa Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and Mosi, all just 30 minutes. Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventure are a 90 minute drive.
