I am sitting in the dining room as I write this. The trade winds blow perfectly through this unit and the floor to ceiling windows cause me to look our and down among the trees. I feel like I'm in a giant Swiss Family Robinson tree house.

It has a nice deck that faces seaward with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. It is so pleasant lying in the deck hammock I find it difficult to come in doors.

This home is in the Waikomo Stream Resort that sits at the entrance to the Poipu Beach Area and not far from the Spouting horn and new Kukuiula development. Easy parking and a wonderful deep blue pool. Dense tropical vegetation and a constantly running stream right through the property. This resort is in the heart of the Poipu - Lawai Beach area. There are many million home developments springing up in the area.

The unit is on the third floor and has a large master bedroom with a king bed on the main floor with a really spacious loft bedroom above. The second bedroom has a nice queen bed plus an oversized sofa futon that is actually very comfortable to sleep on. There is also a sofa futon near the living room which means you can comfortably sleep eight people in the home.

Plasma screen TV with a DVD player and two other TV's. The kitchen has most everything you need such as a microwave, blender, toaster, refrigerator freezer and a full range and oven. Enough plate ware and flatware for eight guests along with pots and pans and other utensils.

Waikomo Stream Villas Resort has a deep blue pool and children’s swimming area. It is surrounded by dense tropical vegetation and plenty of lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. Nearby is a private tennis court for your use.

The Waikomo Stream Villas have always been a great location. But now with recent development in the area, Waikomo is becoming the heart of the Poipu - Lawai Beach area. Just a long block from the ocean, the wonderful new Kukuilua resort is just to the West. To the South will be the Koloa Landing resort and to the North are private home lots.
