Property #109: Description

­The name of my condo is Plaza Mar Condominiu­ms #306, it is located at Lazaro Cardenas 155 on Los Muertos beach in old Vallarta. It is on the third floor and the building has a elevator and 24 hour security. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the building. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit with a Futon one extra person. The condo has two air conditione­rs and three ceiling fans. There is a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerat­or, microwave, blender, pots and pans etc. cable TV with two TV's and a stereo with CD player. This building is one of the only buildings in Puerto Vallarta that is handicap accessible The rates are $525.00 U.S.D. per week from April 16th to Dec. 14th and $735.00 U.S.D. per week from Dec.15th to April 15th, ($840.00 U.S.D. for the week of Christmas, and New Years.) There is a $25.00 a week per person surcharge for over two people staying in the unit. I require a $100.00 deposit for each week and the remainder 30 days before arrival. Attractions and Activities

­Plaza Mar is located directly on Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta, it is only two blocks from the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta. It is a quick and easy walk to fine dining and shopping. Most of the newer hotels are north of town which are not within walking distance of the town square, restaurant­s, and shopping. In addition, the north hotels are in the American part of town and are very Americaniz­ed, which does not give you the true Mexican feeling ­
