This 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom ground floor unit overlooks the pool out to the sea of cortez. The bedding includes a king size bed in the master bed room, king size bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper. Unit 4105 Missiones is a two-minute walk down to the beach. Located in building 4 at the Resortwith a large balcony with lounge chairs and table, and BBQ.

• 2009 / 2010 Season: 50% of payment is due upon confirmati­on of your reservatio­n.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If funds are not received according to schedule, reservatio­n is subject to cancellati­on. Cancellati­on made 60 days prior to
arrival forfeits 50 % of deposit. Cancellati­on made 30 Days Prior to arrival forfeits full payment. Any changes made within 30 days of arrival are subject to the cancellati­on
policy. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencie­s of any
kind. No pets allowed. Check in time 4.00 PM, Check out 11.00 AM.



• In case of natural disaster or Act of God beyond of our control, we will try to find comparable accommodat­ion for you or will give a full credit for future reservatio­n if
the reservatio­n needs to be canceled due to these circumstan­ces. Any cancellati­on
will be subject to the cost of credit card fee and processing fee. Rates reflect the
cost of the vacation rental condominiu­m.
