This oceanfront cabana is 75' from the water in a quiet developmen­t called Sundancer. Palms, Mango and Banana trees will suround you. The cabana is self standing (no one above or below) and has a loft. An oversize deck with table and hammock overlooks the Caribbean and is a delightful place to enjoy the view. A 300' pier has an upper sun deck with cooling trade wind breezes to return home with a great tan.


Roat­an is a truly unique island where wind, sky and the Caribbean meet so peacefully­. Swim in the emerald 80 degree Caribbean or the fresh water swimming pool.

The cabana is well equipped with cable TV, VCR, Tape deck and CD deck in the living area. The kitchen is complete with almost all cooking items, stove, microwave, refrigerat­or with dishes and silverware for eight. Each room has a ceiling and floor fans. Clean linens, towels and blankets are included. In addition to the two bedrooms and loft has two additional beds. ­

Attractions and Activities

The island has many dive sites and diving/sno­rkeling is excellent in front of the dock. Island activities also include hiking, horseback riding, a nearby Marine Science Institute with a dolphin show, glass bottom boat rides, an iguana farm with over 2,000 iguanas and a Bird Park which boasts nearly 100 parrots, toucans and macaws. ­
