Villa Capiz is located in a residentia­l neighborho­od, on St. John's South Shore. Facing due west, Villa Capiz offers outstandin­g sunsets, and wonderful views towards St. Thomas.

T­his home sleeps up to six people, but works well for just two people. On the upper level, there's a large deck, with an outside dining table, hot tub, and Weber gas grill. The upper level of this home also has a full equipped kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom, and great room. There are inside and outside speakers.

On the lower level, there's plenty more deck space, a pool with fountain, and two bedrooms, each with a full bath. All three bathrooms are air conditione­d. There is also a second stereo with inside and outside speakers.

Villa Capiz is set on a lushly landscaped and mature acre lot, so there's lots of privacy, yet this home is just a quick, ten minute drive to Cruz Bay, where you'll find shopping, grocery stores, dining, and entertainm­ent. The North Shore beaches are just a quick 15 to 20 minutes by rental Jeep.
