Hear the waves crash from the balcony, and enjoy the atmosphere of being right in the midst of the San Clemente \"beach scene\". Pleasant, short walk to downtown restaurants, pubs, shops and grocery stores. Provides convenient \"base-camp\" for visits to Los Angeles, all of Orange County and San Diego area.

This condo is a very short walk to beautiful beaches, a few blocks from downtown San Clemente, and within close proximity of all support services guests would need during their stay.
Golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, and all sorts of lovely views surround this area.
One mile and half off I-5, San Clemente is equi-distant to Orange County and its major attractions to the north, and San Diego to the south.
