This region of Grand Cayman is home to the famous Rum Point Beach. With fine white sand and clear blue waters, visitors can easily see why this is considered one of the Cayman Island’s best beaches. The clear waters and the offshore reefs make this beach an excellent snorkeling and swimming spot. Strong and constant winds also flow through the area, making wind-surfing and sailing good sports to participate in. Visitors here can also kayak as well. There are charters that can take visitors on snorkeling an diving tours. The neighboring Cayman Kai Beach is another beach in the area, and visitors will find that they can enjoy many of the same activities on Rum Point Beach, without too many crowds.
