St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park is the spot!!

Just west of Port St. Joe off County 30A, the area boasts 10 miles of white sand beaches, over 20 miles of shoreline with incredible dune formations and a heavily forested interior filled with wildlife.

Bounded on three sides by the waters of St. Joe Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park is one of the greatest natural wonders in the United States.

The beaches of St. Joseph State Park have been rated the most beautiful in the continental U.S. for several years in a row.

Visitors to St. Joseph Peninsula enjoy fabulous scenery, beachcombing, snorkeling, sunbathing, camping, canoeing, boating, saltwater fishing, hiking and bird watching.

A cabin community offers eight fully furnished units. Getting reservations is tough. For those who don't mind a less luxurious stay, there are 119 camp sites with electricity available on 97 of the sites.
